• Flying into San Francisco, over the ocean, really is pretty scarry!

• Dinner scenes in Concord, NC at the Italian Restaurant and Creamery are real places, althought the restaraunt moved during renovations to downtown Concord

• The Cold Brew Coffee system is one that I have used, and makes amazing cold brew! (Although Toddy is easier and just as good)

• Fox Field Airport in Lancaster previously did not have aerobatic airspace, and when I wrote it into the book I had not confirmed this with the airport. However, the field recently added airspace, so it is accurate and correct (thanks Uncle John)

• Speaking of aerobatics, the characters, and the Pink and Blue Extra 300, were based on my Aunt and Uncle who were competition aerobatic pilots (retired). Here is the picture of their airplane:
